Difference between Punch Type B and Type D

Type B

• The largest diameter of the round punch is 16mm 
• The punch load is less than TypeB and is more susceptible to breakage than TypeD
• If the Bi-layar will work with a large tablet and a large weight, of course, typeB punches are not suitable. Here we will change the punch turret, and if the machine does not have the ability to change the turret, we will buy a new machine.
• TypeB punches are not suitable for multi-tape punches 
• The punch is longer and thinner, and its tip is smaller than Type D and reaches small tablet 
• One of its advantages is that it takes more stations and gives a higher tablet

 

Type D

• The largest diameter of the bunch is 25mm
• And in Type D
• The punch load is much greater than Type B and can withstand higher pressure
• We can get multi-tape punches from 6mm to 12mm in diameter
• There are no problems with the bi leylar
• There is comfort in writing on banners or logos
• For Type D installations
• It is shorter, larger in thickness, its head is larger, and its tip is also larger than Type B
• Although it is better in terms of durability, it takes fewer stations and therefore gives less productivity than type B
